asking you because you’re the creator of a ‘successful’ ask blog (as in actually got a fuck ton of asks and also did an amazing story) how do you get people to send you asks when you started your ask blog? and any general advice for starting an ask blog??
As for getting people to send asks, at first it’ll be friends or passerbys. Eventually people will stay to see what happens, but what happens is really up to you! Asks are only a small part of running an ask blog actually. Most of it is your work and how much you pour into the things you make.
As for advice, honestly, just have fun. There isn’t any point making something if it’s making you miserable. Even if it might not get attention, if you love doing it, you should keep at it. Popularity has a lot of factors, one of which is luck. Just do what you love and people will want to watch.
