Who’s Ben’s favorite animatronic and why?

I love all the animatronics for different reasons, but I have a few im really close to. They get jealous if I show any attention to others. It’s kinda funny.

So if Ben is Micahel, did he still do his whole “I’m going to come find you” speech to William? And did he say “Father it’s me Micahel?” Or “Ben”
