What kind of English accent do the Aftons have?
I’d imagine Carter would have a more Cockney accent, and William would suppress his own accent and force himself to speak more Southern. As for the kids I’d say they’d pick up on Will’s accent, though theirs is a bit more mellowed out since they grew up around kids without any english accents.
Was Carter a verbally abusive father? Or something else along the lines? I was never quite clear on that..

Why did Carter never apologize to Will? Didn’t he think that maybe because of what he did. That might have had a negative impact on his son?
Carter had actually reached out numerous times to reconnect with Will, with Will bringing himself to hold a conversation only a few times.
So what made Carter mellow out for his grandkids?
years of therapy, proper meds, and self-regulating his own behaviors.
Is it too much to hope that Carter treated Chris and Ben better than how he treated William?
